Want to spice things up? Try a buffalo chicken cheesesteak! Just like a regular chicken cheesesteak, this recipe only calls for a change in dressing. Instead of topping your steak sandwich with honey mustard, use buffalo sauce and bleu cheese instead!
Step 1
In a medium pan, prepare your meat on medium heat. Throw in a pinch of salt/pepper/seasoning of your choice. Mix occasionally.
Step 2
Add buffalo sauce of your choice to the pan while your meat cooks. Stir occasionally to get the best flavor for your cheesesteak.
Step 3
This is optional. Toast your bread or roll of choice. Add butter if needed.
Step 4
Once you get your bread situated, carefully add your buffalo chicken steak meat.
Step 5
Either add bleu cheese dressing on top of meat, or add any shredded/crumbled cheese of choice.

This is optional. Add toppings of choice, such as peppers, mushrooms, or onions.
