Want to spice things up? Try a buffalo chicken cheesesteak! Just like a regular chicken cheesesteak, this recipe only calls for a change in dressing. Instead of topping your steak sandwich with honey mustard, use buffalo sauce and bleu cheese instead!

 Bread or Roll of Choice
 1 Jar Buffalo Sauce of Choice
 1 Can of Bleu Cheese
 Optional: 1 Bag of Shredded Choice of Choice
 ½ teaspoon of salt, pepper, or seasoning powder of choice
 Optional: Mushrooms, Chopped Peppers of Choice, or Diced Onions

Step 1
In a medium pan, prepare your meat on medium heat. Throw in a pinch of salt/pepper/seasoning of your choice. Mix occasionally.

Add buffalo sauce of your choice to the pan while your meat cooks. Stir occasionally to get the best flavor for your cheesesteak.
